Following an illustrious culinary career in London spanning 15 years, I established DJP Catering, a bespoke catering company, in 2000 after moving to Hampshire with my young family. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength, growing through word of mouth recommendations.
I have a flair for producing imaginative menus and tasty food with the emphasis on flavours, seasoning, and presentation, complemented by a courteous and attentive front of house team. Based in Braishfield, Romsey, I cater to businesses and private individuals throughout Hampshire and the surrounding counties.
